These Terms apply to all visitors, users, enrolled customers, and any other individuals who interact with Zenexaa in any capacity.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Eligibility & Enrollment

To enroll in a Zenexaa home warranty plan, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • You must be a legal resident of the United States.
  • You must be the owner of, or an authorized occupant of, the residential property to be covered under the plan.
  • The covered property must be a single-family home, condominium, townhouse, or other residential dwelling as defined in your plan agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting your enrollment request.

Zenexaa reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or cancel enrollment if any information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Providing inaccurate information may result in immediate plan cancellation without refund.

Coverage & Services

Zenexaa provides home warranty plans designed to cover the repair or replacement of specified household appliances and systems that fail as a result of normal wear and use during the active term of your plan. When a covered item breaks down, Zenexaa will coordinate the dispatch of a licensed technician from our approved service network and cover eligible parts and labor costs in accordance with your plan's terms.

Coverage details, including which appliances and systems are included, applicable benefit limits, and any per-item caps, are fully outlined in the plan agreement provided at the time of enrollment. Zenexaa offers a range of plan options, including appliance-only coverage, systems coverage, and comprehensive whole-home coverage. The specific scope of your coverage depends on the plan you selected.

Coverage begins on the activation date specified in your plan confirmation and remains in force for the duration of your plan term, provided your account is in good standing and your plan has not been cancelled.

Service Request Process

To request service under your Zenexaa plan, you must follow the process outlined below. Failure to follow the correct process may result in a service request being delayed or ineligible for coverage:

  • Submit your service request through your Zenexaa online account portal or by contacting our support team at +1 (347) 341-4468.
  • Provide an accurate description of the problem, the make and model of the affected item where applicable, and your preferred availability window for a technician visit.
  • Allow the assigned licensed technician reasonable access to the property and the affected appliance or system to complete a diagnosis and perform the repair.
  • Do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or have a third party service the covered item before a Zenexaa-authorized technician has assessed it, as doing so may void coverage for that claim.
  • Pay the applicable flat service fee at the time of the technician's visit as outlined in your plan agreement.

Zenexaa will make commercially reasonable efforts to schedule service within 24 to 48 hours of an approved request. Response times may vary depending on technician availability in your area and the nature of the issue reported.

Exclusions & Limitations

Zenexaa's home warranty plans do not cover all conditions or circumstances. The following are not covered under any Zenexaa plan, regardless of the coverage tier selected:

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Defects, failures, or malfunctions that existed prior to the start date of your plan and were known or reasonably discoverable at enrollment.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, chips, discoloration, or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the functional operation of the covered item.
  • Improper Installation or Neglect: Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, failure to perform routine maintenance, or modification of any covered item.
  • Structural Components: Roofs, foundations, walls, windows, doors, flooring, and other structural elements of the home are not covered under any plan.
  • Code Violations: Work required to bring a covered system or appliance into compliance with local building codes or regulations, beyond the scope of the specific repair needed.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage resulting from floods, earthquakes, fire, lightning, storms, or other natural disasters or extraordinary events outside normal wear.

A complete list of exclusions is provided in your plan agreement. All limitations are fully disclosed prior to enrollment, and you are encouraged to review your plan documents carefully.

Fees & Payment

Enrollment in a Zenexaa plan requires payment of the applicable plan premium as selected at the time of sign-up. Plan pricing and billing frequency (monthly or annual) are disclosed before you complete enrollment. You agree to keep a valid payment method on file for the duration of your plan term.

In addition to your plan premium, a flat service fee is charged per technician dispatch at the time of each service visit. This fee is separate from your plan premium and covers the cost of scheduling and dispatching a licensed contractor to your home. The service fee amount applicable to your plan is stated in your plan agreement and on our plan selection page.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method or to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or cancellation of your coverage. Zenexaa reserves the right to adjust plan pricing upon renewal, with advance notice provided to you via email.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Zenexaa plan at any time. The following refund terms apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Cancellation within 30 days (no claims filed): If you cancel your plan within the first 30 days of the plan start date and no service requests have been submitted, you are eligible for a full refund of your plan premium.
  • Cancellation after 30 days: Cancellations made after the initial 30-day period will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan term, minus the total value of any claims paid by Zenexaa during the active period.
  • Cancellations with prior claims: If claims have been paid that equal or exceed the prorated premium refund amount, no refund will be issued.

To cancel your plan, please contact our support team at martin@zenexaa.com or call +1 (347) 341-4468. Zenexaa also reserves the right to cancel any plan in the event of fraud, material misrepresentation, or non-payment, in which case no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Zenexaa's total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the coverage and benefits expressly provided in your active plan agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenexaa shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of our services.
  • Delays in service resulting from technician unavailability, parts procurement timelines, or events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Any losses or damages arising from your reliance on information provided on our website that has not been confirmed in writing as part of your plan agreement.
  • Third-party website content or services linked to from the Zenexaa website.
